We’ve Moved to a New Electronic Health Record System and Patient Portal!
We are upgrading our electronic health record (EHR) system to integrate fully onto the same system as all of Illinois Bone & Joint Institute.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in the coming days and weeks as we work through the inevitable bugs and delays after launch. Once we are fully up and running, this move to a common EHR will reduce time spent in waiting rooms filling out paperwork and allow all providers in the IBJI network to standardize practices, support care coordination, improve evidence-based care and make your healthcare experience more efficient from start to finish.
This transition includes a new MyChart Patient Portal platform powered by Epic on which you can:
- See your medications, test results, upcoming appointments, and more
- Complete pre-visit tasks and paperwork before you arrive
- Pay bills and view balances
- Send messages to your care team
The New MyChart can only be used to make payments for visits occurring on or after April 1, 2022.

Activate Your Account
Pay a bill
Now you have the option to pay your medical bills online. The “pay as a guest” feature allows family members, and other individuals to make online payments on behalf of IBJI patients.
You can access your IBJI MyChart account 24 hours a day to manage many online billing tasks, including:
- Sending messages to the billing team
- Making one-time payments
- Establishing payment plans
- Pay your bill online
- Pay as a guest
